It's time for something called VATSIM-Scandinavia Regional Series. As the name suggest this is a series of events where we want to focus on the regional airports around VATSIM-Scandinavia. During five weekends we will be visiting one regional airport in each country. So the following Sunday evenings you will have an excellent chance to explore the different regional airports around northern Europe. 5 May, 16-20z we continue our regional series by visiting Denmark and town of Billund and its surroundings including the world famous Legoland. Enjoy the excellent controllers in Danish airspace on Sunday 5 May, we hope to see you there. Please remember to bring your charts with you to make it more smooth.

On the 4th weekend of this event series it's time to visit our Norwegians friends at Ålesund (ENAL) and Molde (ENML). Expect excellent ATC coverage as usual and seize the opportunity to explore airports that you might not have visited before. We hope to see you flying in and out of ENAL and ENML on Sunday 12 May from 16-20z.
Please bring your charts with you which is available for free to make it a more smooth departure and arrival on Sunday evening.

On 19 May from 16-20z we will conclude this event series by visiting Sweden and Gothenburg (ESGG). You will have full ATC coverage at ESGG and enroute so this is a great chance for you to visit the west coast of Sweden. Fly in from abroad or do a domestic hop from another Swedish airport. The Swedish controllers wish you a pleasant stay in Gothenburg.
Last but not least, all the controllers throughout this event series hope that you have enjoyed visiting the different regional airports within our division.

25 May starting at 18z there will be a C1 CPT at Copenhagen Control where Simon Lund. VATSIM-Scandinavia hopes that you will support this C1 CPT with either VFR or IFR traffic, fixed wing or rotary wing. It doesn't matter what kind as long as you fly in or out of Danish airspace. 
In addition to Copenhagen being online you can expect the neighbouring FIRs in VATSIM-Scandinavia to be online as well.
We recommend you to have your charts with you and have a look on the briefing page if you are unfamiliar with Kastrup and other airports within Denmark. See you on Saturday 25 May!

26 May starting at 17z, it's time for Mattias Krogstad's C1 CPT at Sweden Control. In order for him to earn his rating he needs your help to fly in and out of Swedish airspace. Every kind of traffic is welcome, whether it's VFR or IFR.
Apart from the fact that all of Sweden will be covered top down by the candidate, you can expect excellent staffing in Stockholm-Arlanda as well. 
Make sure that you have read our briefing and brought some charts with you in the cockpit.
