    Scandinavia Regional Series (EKBI)

    It's time for something called VATSIM-Scandinavia Regional Series. As the name suggest this is a series of events where we want to focus on the regional airports around VATSIM-Scandinavia. During five weekends we will be visiting one regional airport in each country. So the following Sunday evenings you will have an excellent chance to explore the different regional airports around northern Europe. For the complete schedule of the event series, please have a look on the banner itself. 5 May, 16-20z we continue our regional series by visiting Denmark and town of Billund and its surroundings including the world famous Legoland. Enjoy the excellent controllers in Danish airspace on Sunday 5 May, we hope to see you there. Please remember to bring your charts with you to make it more smooth. Briefing | Charts

    CPH Real Time Event 2019

    VATSIM-Scandinavia and the controllers in Denmark would like to welcome all pilots to a fun Sunday of flying in and out of Copenhagen. The event is happening on 28 April at 14z and ending 21z so there is plenty of time to enjoy the ATC services. Choose between a lot of different real world flights and we are sure you will find a flight that suits you. During the entire event you will have excellent staffing in Denmark and most likely enroute coverage in Norway and Sweden too. So there is no excuse for you to not attend. In order to enjoy this event to the fullest, please take a moment to read the pilot briefing and bring charts with you in the cockpit. All flights is showing as off-block time in zulu. For your convenience all flights, both departure and arrival will have gates assigned. For departures we highly recommend you to follow the gate assignment and arriving traffic can expect the gate mentioned in the booking. If you are not booking a flight, stand number A25 to A30 is free to utilize. NOTE: Due to a minor scheduling error, we accidentally managed to include flights that are outside the official time frame.     It's time for something called VATSIM-Scandinavia Regional Series. As the name suggest this is a series of events where we want to focus on the regional airports around VATSIM-Scandinavia. During five weekends we will be visiting one regional airport in each country. So the following Sunday evenings you will have an excellent chance to explore the different regional airports around northern Europe. For the complete schedule of the event series, please have a look on the banner itself. On Sunday 21 April 16-20z, it's time to move westbound and visit the Faroe Islands located in the fierce Atlantic Ocean. Take the opportunity to explore the Faroe Islands together with ATC service. Since Faroe Islands is located within oceanic airspace you will need oceanic clearance for both departure and arrival, so it's recommended that you read the pilot briefing for this. First event will take you to EFOU (Oulu) a place in northern Finland with a population of 185 000 situated on the coast of Gulf of Bothnia.     Towards Sweden and Back

    Dear Pilots, Latvia Vacc and Vatsim Scandinavia are glad to announce event between two capitals of Latvia and Sweden. It will take place on April 13th from 17 until 20 Zulu. Come a long and fly to the beautiful capitals by the Baltic Sea. Expect full ATC coverage at Riga and Stockholm Arlanda airport.
