Actually now that I think about it, the default length of the prediction line is zero, so either what you're seeing there isn't the TopSky prediction line, but something else, or that is the TopSky line but it's activated somewhere else in your settings. The line is also automatically displayed with one minute length in certain situations (at least for AIW and STCA alerts), that can only be disabled by disabling those alerts.
