Helsinki FIR is seeking a motivated and community-oriented individual to join our staff team as Community Lead.
The Community Lead plays a key role in strengthening and growing our community by improving engagement among pilots and controllers, supporting new members, and helping maintain an active and welcoming environment within Helsinki FIR.
Requirements
Minimum rating: S2
Active member of the VATSCA
Good communication skills
Positive attitude and interest in community development
Good knowledge about CoC and community rules
Responsibilities
- Maintain community engagement on Discord
- Create ads for our weekly events
- Support Finland event team lead on other events planning
- Welcome and assist new members joining Helsinki FIR
- Support a friendly, inclusive, and active community atmosphere
- Collect community feedback and report ideas or concerns to FIR DIR
