I have received and accepted @Niklas Thell (1586141) request to step down as Training Lead in Sweden. Niklas has during the last months gotten more demanding responsibilities in his real-life career and has also unfortunately had health problems requiring medical care, though he is recovering well now. Due to having less time for VATSIM, Niklas would like to focus more on controlling and his own training. I'm very happy that Niklas will still be available as a mentor and examiner.
I would like to express my gratitude for Niklas's amazing and hard work to organizing, coordinating, and leading mentors and examiners for trainings and CPTs in a friendly, open-minded and super efficient way during the last years.
@Rui Feng (1584282) , current Training Team member in Sweden and already familiar with many of the Training Lead duties, will take on broader responsibilities as new Training Lead in Sweden.

Since we are approaching summer, holidays, and vacations, Rui will take care of leading the training
in Sweden for now, and we will look into the Training Team member role later on if needed.
