Bug: RGB value doesn't check

Hi there,
When I proceeding a change for TopSkySettings.txt, I found that the RGB for Color_Active_Sector were accidentally setting wrong by myself, which is 52,58,620, a value that not acceptable in RGB format.

But when I lanuched EuroScope, there is no wrong data notification. I thought it might be the bug or function missing for RGB check. Could you please give this issue a look? Thanks!

It's not a bug, there's just no checking for those values (they are just forced to the correct range 0-255 if outside it). The only check is that there are three values specified. Due to the large number of these settings, a check for the values won't be added unless I need to rewrite that part of the code for some other reason.
