We are now looking for a new Event Assistant for Norway.

As Event Assistant, you will assist the Event Manager with the tasks outlined in his working description:

Coordinates events across all FIRs, serving as the central point of contact within VATSIM Scandinavia and liaising with external vACC event staff.
Manages the events calendar and coordinates event planning across all FIRs, ensuring alignment with the vACC event strategy.
Ensures effective promotion of events throughout the VATSIM Network and its associated platforms.

We are looking for candidates which:

Have been a member of VATSIM Scandinavia for at least one month and holding an S2 rating or higher in VATSIM.
Have a basic skill for using software to create visual content (Photoshop/Illustrator/Free options).
Are active participants in the community of the relevant FIR, creative and interested in finding new ways to engage with the local community through events.
Have a few hours every week to spend on the above mentioned duties.
