ACTIVE lines follow OR logic already. The exception is the AND_ACTIVE which follows the AND logic.

(2) ACTIVE
(3) AND_ACTIVE
(4) AND_ACTIVE
(5) ACTIVE
For example the above definition would activate the map when conditions (1) or [(2) and (3) and (4)] or (5) match.
The W indicator is a "smart" one, it doesn't activate unless the aircraft is expected to enter RVSM airspace. I can't see the whole flightplan there but at least based on the initial RFL the flag would seem to be correctly inhibited. The EQCST field on the Flight Plan Window on the other hand is based on the equipment data only (and any plugin settings that relate to handing equipment codes - I assume you've inhibited the use of Y warnings and that would be the reason for Y/EQ even though the Y code is missing from the EQUIP field)
